SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 

USA & Canada:

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK) 

AUSTRALIA & New Zealand: 

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK) 

U.K & EUROPE:

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Others Countries:

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-6 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Items shipped via UPS arrive within 2-7 business for US and 7-15 business days for all international destinations. The aforementioned delivery times due to apply for UPS shipping packages. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

It will take usually between 4-7 business days. You can view information about your Shipment Status by inputting your Tracking Number at https://www.17track.net/en

Please note that for tracking numbers ending in "SG", please click the "Carrier" button and select "4PX" as the carrier on https://www.17track.net/en before clicking the "TRACK" button to properly view Shipping Status & Updates.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT DISPLAYING ANY INFORMATION?

Depending on the Shipping Carrier used, Tracking Numbers generally take a few days to register into the delivery system to display Delivery information. Check back in a few days for updated information    

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

Although our products are usually shipped from the USA, there are certain products that will be shipped out directly from overseas manufacturers due to high demand/order volume. Please do not be alarmed if your tracking number shows delivery from a country besides the United States.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL OR REFUND IT?

 Your order may be refundable within 6 hours of ordering but is not guaranteed. We usually process orders as soon as possible. Email us at  support@hyperealm.com

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Email us at  support@hyperealm.com

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hyperealm.com
